Corporate Well-being
Understanding yourself is a key to happiness. Through personality profiling we improve the way you communicate and manage your reactions. We audit your daily habits and help you make changes to bring more balance to your professional and personal life.
There is no work-life balance. When you are happier at home, you perform better at work; when you are happy at work, you are more present at home. It is all embedded together. Life is a connected circle. Our mission is to work together to make you happier.
It is not about the long hours you perform to signal how valuable you are but rather the adequate time you give and feel productive. If you feel boxed in by the end of the day, it means you are starting to build up stress. Stress is a sign of an employer robbing you of your power.
Netflix's HR guru Patty McCord says in her book that employers have more power than they think. "What I came to understand deeply … is that people have power. A company's job isn't to empower people; it's to remind people that they walk in the door with power and to create the conditions for them to exercise it." But if the company doesn't do it for you, it is your duty to do it for yourself."

Morphopsychology
It is a social science used for personality profiling that studies one's personality through the shape of their face. It examines the connection between the forms of the face and the psychology of the individual. It analyzes an individual's personality through the assessment of their facial features. It gives information about the personality and the potential of an individual, including intuition, creativity, humor, analytical mind, spontaneity, and more. Morphopsychology does not pretend to explain everything; it validates one's internal intuition through scientific facts. It includes the Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI), psychometric test, emotional intelligence, social intelligence, and psychological preference to see how people perceive the world and how they make decisions.
When & Who developed it?
The concept was developed in France at the beginning of the 20th century by Dr. Louis Corman. He argued that the action of vital forces in the human body results in different shapes of faces. "The shape is the result of a vital thrust, from the depths, confronts the forces of the environment, sometimes involving, sometimes opposing to it." Through the study of facial shapes, Dr. Corman determined the different abilities, potential of an individual, and the vital stream that runs within them to externalize and make effective their different skills depending on the environment where they operate.
What is and what is not Morphopsychology?
Morphopsychology is NOT designed to judge a person. It is used for a better self-understanding to succeed in life. There is no negative or positive; everything is unique to the individual. It is a science that focuses on understanding, never on judging. It helps to see natural behaviors, strengths, potential and skills through the analytical assessment of facial features. It is a science done by taking a picture of the face and side profile and measuring facial traits. Each evaluation takes around 2 hours. It is also essential to know that individuals change through life's experiences, and so do their faces. With time, the face's morphology also evolves; it doesn't remain the same throughout life. It allows one to know people's behaviors and character, whether cerebral, emotional, or instinctive. In other words, it is an inner self-journey.
Benefits of Personality Profiling
Morphopsychology is an analytical tool that helps define one's potential and abilities. Each person is more or less prone to succeed, depending on their environment. Some circumstances provide opportunities for some people to develop their skills and grow. It helps individuals and companies explore themselves and their employees and improve their relationships with others. It defines their strengths, their points of effort, identifies their primary motivations and refines their life plans. A personality profiling assessment reflects one's psychology through the art and knowledge of Morphopsychology.
