Fatmé Khalifé Al Kharusi
Founder of Morphofaces
A behavioral consultant, Professor of Morphopsychology, wellbeing mentor, consumer and branding consultant, philosopher and author brought up in the West from a Middle-Eastern background, Fatm? Khalif? Al Kharusi was born in Abidjan, Ivory Coast in 1975. A French-Lebanese citizen who grow up in a family where culture and identity were the cornerstones of her life.
Her ability to adapt to one's personality and needs and stay flexible in her practice while giving her clients exactly what they need is truly unique. She helps you re-center your goals and equips people with unique tools to communicate and understand each other at a glance. She conducts in-depth personality profiling that enables clients to understand themselves and how others think, act, and make decisions. In 1982, the love of France combined with the war in Lebanon, led her family to settle in Toulouse, where she spent 13 years of her adolescent life. In 2002, she obtained a double master's degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Paris-1 Panth?on-Sorbonne University and started to work on her Ph.D. program. During this year, she actively participated in the preparation of " The Book: A World Transformed," published by UNESCO, where she also worked for a short while. In 2003 she got married in the Sultanate of Oman, where her husband is from, and now has two daughters. She worked as a Commercial Attach? for the French Business Center of the French Embassy in Oman, actively developing trade, commerce, and tourism between France and Oman. Passionate about people and always wanting to help their self-development, she became familiarized with Morphopsychology through a close friend, Antoine Chemali. Antoine is a certified morphopychologist and Lead Consultant with Morphofaces, who introduced her to Professor Janine Mar?challe, President of the French University of Morphopsychology. Intrigued, she decided to pursue her education further by enrolling in the study of morphopsychology. From Africa to the Arabian Gulf, via the Levant to Europe, she was fortunate to experience and live in diverse cultures that formed her personality. After spending four years in Abu Dhabi, she moved back to Oman with her family in 2011.
In 2012, with strong self-determination to complete one of her life goals, she published her first novel, Fr?n?sies (available on http://www.amazon.fr), which she started nearly two decades ago.
In 2013, she graduated as a Professor of Morphopsychology from "La Soci?t? fran?aise de Morphopsychologie" in Paris, the only internationally recognized and accredited institute on the topic. Subsequently, she established Morphofaces to pursue her ambition professionally to develop people and allow them to reach their maximum potential for success, either personally or professionally, by better understanding themselves and their inner needs. Fatm? has a deep passion for understanding how people think and make decisions, leading her becoming one of the world's top morphopsychology professor. The success achieved with founding Morphofaces provided her with the opportunity to work with renowned brand expert Martin Lindstrom.

Contributed in planning a branding pitch for a major city's religious tourism sightseeing to create an amazing customer experience and a brand identity. - Developed a friction-free travel plan and a seamless booking flow to allow the visit to remain with the traveler forever. - Helped create a visual identity design, developed initial brand guidelines, and proposed an internal launch kit complementing the international perspective with regional and national context.
FMCG - Fast moving consumer goods.Led a consumer insight project for a major FMCG brand in Brazil that needed to increase its market share in the bottle drinks business prior to the Football World Cup 2014. The engagement was based on advanced personality analytical assessment, carried out through market research to assess the correlation of different segments of consumers and their homes. Over 200 Brazilian personal profiles were analyzed. The assessment delivered an excellent understanding resulting in implementing change in the marketing mixture and advertisement to target various consumers' segments.
Created a brand strategy in profiling employees of "GAFAM" (Amazon, Google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft) and "built by mothers for mothers". Worked on various executive recruitment projects and provided consulting services to help understand people's preferences and behavior patterns to help with branding analysis for Majid Al Futtaim.
Taught morphopsychology in various workshops to understand profiling, personality analysis, and human behavior.
HR Consultant, Bank of Beirut, Muscat, Oman May 2015 - April 2016Carried out personality assessment and coaching for 150 employees and leadership team to create dedicated proles, provided counseling, and built on their strengths. Developed a new HR strategy based on personality assessment by better understanding the employee personalities to create a positive working environment and collaborative culture and improve overall business performance.
Conducted numerous workshops for middle and senior management to better understand their personalities and how best to manage their subordinates to build on their strengths and meet business objectives. - Managed emotional interference by helping management understand employees' fears, guilt, and worries. - Personalized coaching to employees and managers to reduce stress levels and focus on better performance.
Janine Maréchalle
President of the French Society Morphopsychologie in Paris since 2007, Morphopsychologist SFM, Morphopsychologist Adviser and certified Professor, Director of thesis, Janine Maréchalle, French, attended high school at the “Lycée Victor Duruy, Paris 7 °” and graduated at the University of Paris VII in Psychology . She then received training in psychoanalysis.
She worked for many years in this area in various institutions, hospitals and associations.
In 1985 she discovered her true passion in life, Morphopsychology. She received the title of Morphopsychologist SFM, Morphopsychologist Adviser and later became a Professor.
In 2004 she was elected Vice President of the SFM (French Society of Morphopsychology).
A year later, she was appointed Managing Editor of the French Review of Morphopsychology.
In 2007 she was elected to the post of President SFM and aims to develop more professional method of teaching by standardizing it and come back to the roots of the Dr. Louis Corman.
In 2010 she was responsible for the creation of the School, SFM and actively participated in its development that progressed very quickly thanks to the seriousness of the course materials and the quality of the teachers there.
In 2011 under her leadership, the training for the title of Professor of SFM is created , which allowed 10 teachers to win that that title: 4 in Spain, 1 in Canada, 1 in Tahiti, 1 in the island of Reunion, 1 in Japan and the others in France.
She continues to work in the spirit of Morphopychology to participate in the development of professional projects for people of all levels to help couples and parents in their daily lives.
Today Janine Maréchalle is a certified trainer for various companies: International CBRE, Sodexo, National Association of Mediators, Academy by Jean-Marie Contreras, Societe Generale, National Center of the Regional Public Service, DEMOS, ADFIRMO, Various hospitals, School of stress.
